Accommodations
Dietary	Special dietary requirements will be accommodated. Please give advanced (24 hours) notice.
Disabled	All hotels associated with the Conference comply with all ADA requirements to assist Conference attendees. Other services may be provided with advanced written notice (two weeks) to MWCEA 240-206-6007.
Hotels	MWCEA has arranged special room rates at all hotels associated with the Conference for attendees who make reservations on or before 9/1/2004. A deposit is required and refundable with a minimum 72 hrs advanced cancellation.

Attire
Casual attire is acceptable for all functions.
Badges
Identification badges will be issued to all registrants, companions and exhibitors which will serve as admission for all conference activities.
Communications Center
Sponsored by AMM will be located on the upper level of the conference center. Send and receive e-mail and FAX messages. Check the message board regularly for phone messages and important announcements.
Door Prizes
Door prizes/Awards will be drawn and presented on Wednesday morning following the last presentation. Must be present to win.
