| Program Highlights |
| Since 1984, the Maryland Workers' Compensation Educational Association ("MWCEA") has been bringing the Maryland workers' compensation community together at our annual conference, providing all professionals involved in the field of workers' compensation and related areas with a premier educational program. Our theme for 2003 is "Workers' Compensation and the New Economy" and will examine recent trends in the economy and their impact on the workers' compensation insurance market, and on the provision of medical treatment, benefits and services to injured workers. Our program will feature the Governor of the State of Maryland, nationally known experts in the workers' compensation area for both business and labor, leading orthopedic surgeons, and members of the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission. |
