| Maryland Vocational Rehabilitation Committee Update | | W.C. Commissioner Hon. Patricia Adams will be joined by several [MVR] Committee members in a discussion regarding the Maryland W.C. Commission's "goal" of developing a "formulated process for ensuring that the selection of vocational rehabilitation service providers for injured workers is accomplished in a fair and reasonable manner that insures both independence in selection as well as quality of service."
Specific areas under consideration by the Committee include:
1) Selection process for vocational rehabilitation providers.
2) Development of a vocational rehabilitation service "fee guide".
3) Guidelines for appropriate "levels of service". |
